Beach House The first building on Sidmouth's seafront, built c. 1790 in plain Georgian style with thatched "Shed" (open fronted shelter) attached. The "Shed" much frequented by gentry as meeting place. Gothicised c. 1826 and named "Blossom House". Fine example of Sidmouth Gothic architecture.
